- Educational Content: NCLEX-RN practice questions, rationales, study modules, flashcards, video lessons, audio guides, and clinical decision-making frameworks.
- Visual and Audio Assets: Logos, custom graphics, illustrations, UI/UX design layouts, icons, animations, and sound recordings.

2. Limited License and Acceptable Use
USRN Elites grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our application and web content strictly for your individual, non-commercial educational use.
What You Are Allowed to Do:
- Access and complete study modules, quizzes, and practice exams for your personal preparation.
- Download select study guides or resource documents where an explicit download button or feature is provided for offline personal review.
- Share official USRN Elites public links and public social media posts for promotional or peer-sharing purposes, provided proper credit is maintained.
What You Are Prohibited From Doing:
- Reproduction and Distribution: Copying, screen-recording, downloading, scraping, or redistributing any part of our platform or study material without explicit written authorization.
- Commercial Exploitation: Selling, reselling, sublicensing, renting, or monetizing any USRN Elites content or features.
- Derivative Works: Modifying, translating, adapting, or creating derivative works based on our study materials, software, or brand assets.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or extracting source code from the USRN Elites web or mobile applications.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your personal account credentials with other individuals to allow unauthorized access to our paid or proprietary resources.
3. Trademarks and Brand Assets
The name USRN Elites, the USRN Elites logo, domain names, slogans, and visual brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks and service marks of USRN Elites.
You may not display or use any USRN Elites trademarks, logos, or brand features in any manner without prior written permission from us. Unauthorized use of our brand identity to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation is strictly forbidden.
4. NCLEX-RN and Third-Party Disclaimers
NCLEX-RN and NCLEX are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). USRN Elites is an independent learning platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCSBN or any official nursing board unless explicitly stated. Any third-party trademarks, product names, or logos referenced within our platform remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement
USRN Elites respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, please submit a detailed takedown notification to our legal team.
Your notification should include:
